You must be pre-registered with the Billing Office to use the Online Bill Pay.

If you have not registered with the Billing Office you will not be able to log in the Bill Pay area. To register you need to call the office at 296-2885 and set that up. It takes 24-48 hours for your Bill Pay access to become active.
