WHAT DO YOU NEED FOR DSL?
First, you must have a NETWORK CARD or ETHERNET port in your computer. Some other common names are NIC, LAN port, or a RJ45 port. If you are unsure what a network card looks like, here are two common pictures:

It is an 8-pin port (RJ45) that looks very similar to a phone port only wider. If it is on the motherboard, it is typically located near USB ports. If it is in a PCI slot, it will be a stand alone card. If you do not have one in your computer, it must be installed before the dsl installation.
We strongly recommend:
1: up to date anti-virus program
such as Norton, McAfee, AVG, Avast, etc
2: up to date spyware program
such Spy Sweeper, Microsoft Anti-Spy Tool, Ad-Aware, Spybot, etc
DSL Installation includes:
1. ADSL modem supplied by Mulberry Telephone Co.
2. Hands on help during installation to answer any questions
3. New cat-5 cable run to computer jack (if necessary)
