How to fix the MSNBC audio problem on Mulberry Digital TV Service

1. Click on the menu button on the Amino Remote Control

2. Navigate over with your arrow keys to Settings and hit ok

3. Enter in your password

4. On the preferences tab, navigate down to the Hardware Settings button in the lower left hand corner of the screen and hit ok

5. Select TV system and audio settings on the next screen

6. A white screen will populate and your curser will be on back to preferences page

7. Navigate with your arrow keys up to the Primary Language field and hit ok

8. A list of languages will appear, select Automatic from the list (it is at the top) and hit ok

9. Repeat this for the Secondary language

10. Navigate down to Save Changes and click ok

11. After confirmation that the changes took place, click exit on your remote

12. MSNBC should have audio
