Nomination of Directors:
Any individual at least 18 yrs old, a current member of the cooperative continuously for at least (5) years, and wishing to be a nominee for a Director position must, nominate themselves at the annual meeting by filing a written nomination with the corporation at least (20) days, but not more than (30) days prior to the members meeting which the election will occur.

This resume will be provided by the corporation to those members attending.

 

NO NOMINATION MAY BE MADE FROM THE FLOOR OF THE MEETING. CURRENTLY (2) 3-YEAR TERM SEATS ARE UP FOR ELECTION. Running are incumbents Jon Myers and Blake Haan.

Business Members:
If you would like to have someone vote for your business/government Unit on behalf pursuant to section 2.01 of the bylaws of Mulberry Cooperative Telephone Co. Inc. You must have the proper paperwork turned in at least 10 days prior to the annual meeting.
