While COVID-19 has not impacted our business operations we are committed to the well-being of our customers, our employees, and our communities.  Effective immediately, we are implementing the following measures:


Due to the decline in the number of Covid Positive cases in our community,

Mulberry Telecommunications has decided to open our office to the public

effective 11/2/2021. We will continue to monitor and re-evaluate. Please check

back here for the latest information regarding our open/close policy.

These policies has been implemented to protect our customers, our staff, and their families. 

If you typically pay your bill in-person, please consider one of these other convenient payment methods:


  • By mailing a check to P.O. Box 370 Mulberry, IN, 46058-0370.

  • Online anytime with SmartHub. Online payments can be made using debit/credit card or by your checking account.

  • Pay-By-Phone by calling 765-296-2885 or 1-877-995-2887 (press 1) and using our automated solution for making payments with a check, debit, or credit card.

  • Drop Box on front of building.


For service appointments:


1) We will be asking if anyone in your home has or has had a contagious illness?  If yes, we will be rescheduling. This is so we can help prevent the spreading illnesses and continue to provide service to you and all of our other customers.


2) Do you have any unrestrained animals in your home?  

If yes, we will not be able to send a technician unless the animal can be safely isolated from the areas where our technician will be working.


3) Does anyone at your location have any respiratory issues, or are you self-quarantined at this time?

If yes, we will not be able to provide service inside of the home or business.  We will complete our work on the outside up to our demarcation point. This is to protect those at your location, as well as the well-being of our technicians.


If necessary, we are prepared to suspend all business inside member homes.
This includes in-home fiber installations. This will allow us to reduce public exposure for our employees. We will contact affected customers to reschedule appointments and resume appointments as soon as public health and safety concerns allow.


There will be no non-essential business travel for our employees outside of our service area.

We appreciate your understanding and support as we navigate this quickly changing situation.  We wish for good health and safety for all.



These changes will not affect your services. We will continue to serve you, our customers, with the level of service you expect and deserve. We will be monitoring ongoing developments, re-evaluating and keeping you informed of changes. We encourage you to take the best steps necessary for your individual health and safety.
